Hi, my name is Amira and traveling is what I live by.
I am still young as a student, but I have already visited more than 17 countries, and this is just the beginning of my journey.

Knowledge of languages
I was born in Russia, where Russian and Tatar (the language of one of the republics of Russia)
are spoken. Even in early childhood, my parents enrolled me in kindergarten with an emphasis
on English, and later in school with intensive study of this subject. I have spent many years of
daily practice to master it.
In 2022, I became the only participant from Russia who won a 100% grant from the international
exchange program. This opportunity brought me to Mexico, where I lived for six months,
immersed in the atmosphere of another culture. I learned Spanish there in just six months. It was
an incredible experience that only strengthened my goal of becoming a polyglot.
After this program, I made friends all over the world: from Turkey, Malaysia, Italy, France,
Brazil, Germany and South Korea.
Each meeting inspired me to explore new cultures. The next stage was the study of the Turkish
language. I immersed myself in Turkish literature, music and even cooking, leaving textbooks
aside. Reading books in the original, watching movies without subtitles, and talking to native
speakers have become part of my daily training.
By 2024, I am studying in the United States, speaking four languages (English, Russian, Spanish,
Turkish) and actively studying Japanese. Japanese is a challenge that awakens discipline and
passion for learning in me. I am encouraging people to learn foreign languages, because
With each new language you live a new life. If you only know one language, you only live once.

My journey
What can a teenager do without a cent in his pocket?
That's what I used to think.
I went abroad for the first time at the age of four, and I am immensely grateful to my parents for
this. This experience has opened up a completely new, unique world for me. From that very
moment, a goal arose in me: to see, explore and understand as many corners of our planet as
possible.
I grew up in the most ordinary average family, my parents and I traveled financially, and I
realized that I could not demand more from them. Therefore, I did everything in my power:
I studied languages, learned geography and history of other countries on my own, and do
extracurricular activities. My aspirations bore results, at that time I had been practicing vocals
for about ten years, and thanks to various competitions I was able to travel around several large
cities of Russia.
In life, everything depends on you and your aspirations, so if you want to achieve something,
then count solely on yourself.
As you already know, my first experience was an exchange program to Mexico, which I won
with a 100% scholarship, but my path did not end there.
I spent countless hours researching international programs, because this was my only chance. I
have filled out more than 20 applications, written about 50 essays and participated in
competitions dedicated to globalization and cultural exchange. My efforts have not always been
successful, but they have given me valuable experience and taught me to be persistent. Over
time, I started participating in forums, volunteered, created a support fund for charity projects
and raised funds for my dream.
I visited: Mexico, Switzerland, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, and several states of America
–because of my work done. I am currently compiling a list of more than 100 programs that open
up opportunities for teenagers around the world.

How I like to travel
I am a versatile tourist, a person who dreams of exploring the world in all its manifestations and
ways.
Backpacker
I love traveling, where only I am responsible for my route and every decision.
Hiking in the mountains and overnight stays under the starry sky create a special connection with
nature that cannot be felt otherwise. Hiking allows you to experience freedom and responsibility
at the same time. Unforgettable peaks that I have conquered include the Small Aktru Glacier
(3200 m), Kuyguk Waterfall (2100 m), Nevada Fall (1801 m), Half Dome (2694 m) and Lion
Rock.
Urban Exploration
Urban travel may be more expensive, but it is certainly impressive.
Exploring megapolis and historical cities provides a unique opportunity to touch cultural layers,
feel the rhythm of life and get acquainted with the diversity of architecture. I like to get lost in
the narrow streets of the old quarters, visit galleries, cafes and hidden attractions that are not
marked in tourist guides.
Travel format
Most often, I travel with a family, or a small group of like-minded people. I am not a big fan of
large group trips with a pre-prescribed route, spontaneity and flexibility are closer to me. It is
important that my fellow travelers share the desire for discovery and take a responsible approach
to planning.
Now I am looking for new opportunities for short-term trips in order to develop routes that
combine accessibility, benefits and efficiency. I am always open to new offers and cooperation,
because traveling is not only a way to explore the world, but also a chance to build amazing
connections with people.
